Terms of Service

Welcome to CreateMyAvatars ("we", "us"). By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

CreateMyAvatars turns photos you upload into AI-made avatars and stickers. Paid plans give a set number of avatar credits for a fixed period, as described at purchase.

Who we are: CreateMyAvatars is operated by ABDELRAHMAN SAMIR ELSAYED GHOWEBA, a sole proprietor based in Egypt. When you use CreateMyAvatars you are contracting with ABDELRAHMAN SAMIR ELSAYED GHOWEBA.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) and provide accurate information. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• break any law, commit fraud, or send spam;
• upload photos of people without their permission, or create deepfakes meant to deceive, impersonate or harass;
• create sexual, adult, violent, hateful or otherwise harmful content — this is never allowed;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• interfere with security, spread malware, probe, scrape, or try to bypass our safety filters or usage limits.

4. Your photos and avatars

You must own or have the right to use every photo you upload. You keep your rights in your photos and may use the avatars you create for personal purposes. You give us a limited licence to store and process your content only to provide the service. You are responsible for your prompts and how you use the results.

5. Content moderation and AI results

We automatically check requests and may refuse, filter or remove content, and suspend accounts that break these terms. AI results can be inaccurate or imperfect and may not exactly match your likeness.

6. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on CreateMyAvatars infringes your rights, email createmyavatars@outlook.com. We will review and remove infringing content, and accounts that repeatedly infringe will be terminated.

7. Our property

We own the CreateMyAvatars website, software, designs and brand. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the service.

8. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. One-time packs are single payments with no renewal. Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from the Plans window and keep your avatars until the paid month ends. Unused monthly avatars do not carry over.

9. Availability

We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided "as is", without implied warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, non-payment, or fraud or security risks. You can delete your account at any time; your stored photos and avatars will then be deleted.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Egypt.
