CreateMyAvatars is operated by ABDELRAHMAN SAMIR ELSAYED GHOWEBA, a sole proprietor based in Egypt. We are the data controller for the personal data described here, meaning we decide how and why it is used.

What we collect and why

• Account details (name, email, password, country, age): to create and run your account. Basis: contract.
• Photos you upload and the avatars made from them: to create your avatars. Photos are kept in your account only if you tick the box to save them. Basis: contract and your consent.
• WhatsApp number (only if you choose to send to WhatsApp): to open the chat for you. Basis: consent.
• Support messages: to answer you. Basis: legitimate interests.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser info, error logs): to keep the service secure, prevent fraud and fix problems. Basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that host our website, store files, send emails and run the AI image generation and safety checks.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for sales, payments, tax and invoicing.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers or accountants, when needed.
• Authorities, where required by law.

We never sell your data, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, saved photos and avatars until you delete them or your account. Photos you did not choose to save are used only to make your avatars. Data we no longer need is deleted or anonymised.

Security

We use encryption, private storage and access controls so only you can see your photos and avatars.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your choices. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law and other laws that may apply to you, you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Email createmyavatars@outlook.com and we will reply within one month.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. We use providers that protect it with appropriate safeguards.
