We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to ask for a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at createmyavatars@outlook.com with the email you used to buy and we'll help.

Good to know

Once refunded, any remaining avatar credits from that plan are removed. Refunds go back to your original payment method. See also Paddle's Refund Policy.
